Comments/Corrective Action Taken

Comments/Corrective Action Taken:

Joe with fire stop is currently caulking acoustical on level 17 open AI job no safety hazards were noticed on the job site. However Joe had his caulking gun on the top of his ladder which was a hazard and I explained to him the reasons why we should not ever leave anything on the top of a ladder which he agreed and understood and moved the caulking gun. He also got a new car so he did not have a ladder inspection tag on him. I had an extra and I had him put it on the ladder, inspect the ladder and carry that inspection tank with him to the nextjob site. There is a gang box on level 16 full of supplies from the insulator that Firestop is able to use for first aid if needed. I went over that with Joe.
