Had weekend work here, all work off ladders. All penetrations are needing to be done, not just sound walls. Everything is going well for Zachary. Went over Toolbox Talks for January and the importance of going over them well with David as well because they are both pretty new to the company and the Toolbox Talks review our safety policies and procedures
