Comments/Corrective Action Taken

Comments/Corrective Action Taken:

Spoke with Tim
About the need to use. Beam clamp and tie off when using the extension ladder the way they had it set up. And to tie off the bottom of the ladder. In addition I spoke with Rudy the welder for mckinstry and he has a vacuum with a charcoal filter he will be using to minimize fumes from welding as well as a fan. He will be in communication with Tim and If things get to a toxic level and the new for a half face arises he will inform Tim Brown.
