Reminded JI are fire stop foreman of Skanska‘s fall protection rules when above 4 feet on any type of ladder if there is something to tie off to overhead, he must do that and I informed him to borrow a beam plan from NORM otherwise if there’s nothing to tie off to a control acess zone must be placed around ladders in hi traffic areas
