Went to look at a fall protection plan. Workers will start on Thursday. We will be using a larger extension ladder, supporting it on the I beam with it secured. We will also make a working platform with planks and employees will be tied off at all times. There will be 2 workers present. The way Sellen had the ladder set up was not safe. See pictures below
