Aldridge safety worked with Aaron and mechanical to develop a fall protection work plan for work on top of wood framing. Aaron will send in a fall protection work plan when starting that work. They will screw cut plywood to the overhead wood framing to create a work platform. Employees will be tied off at all times, and Aaron will be the rescue person.
