Howard S. Wright is the general all work is being performed off lifts, pretty decent size job new build. The will need to grease wrap a duct in the shaft, Jon will bring out more planks and create a larger working platform, tie off to structure beam above to acess anything they can’t get to off of the lifts. SRL,s need tag lines, and Jon will inspect before use if borrowing fall protection. Delineation signed are available for use and required by hsw Jon will also fill out a fall protection work plan if he needs to work of the planks
I expired eye wash bottle, Jon will replace next time he goes to the shop. I brought out his SSSP, and both employees went through orientation.
