Went over all audit information with every employee. Filled out a coaching form with Angelina, she did not have her ladder inspection tag on her ladder. Coached her on the HBI policies. Brought out lift inspections for Kevin. Looked at 2 confined spaces with Kevin, and walked him through the steps to complete the form on the LMS. He will not need an air quality monitor, but will need an attendant who is also confined space trained. Sellen is looking into roof stairs to put up guardrail system for our crew to access the pipes.
