One of the bottles of Eye Wash bottles were expired as well as a bloodborne pathogen kit. One of the first aid kits does not have enough supplies such as bandaids.

Removed a Pin Gun lead from the jobsite as a field repair was done whereas one of the cables was pulled from the lead and the foreman conducted a field repair.
There are two muster points to the south of the job.

A fall protection work plan will need to be developed for several areas of the rooftop piping and duct. Encouraged Tim to utilize bakers scaffold in the mechanical room and roof top where feasible.
