One thing I like to bring to light for our trade specific is that the firestop caulking materials we use can be fairly abrasive on the materials that the harness is made of. It can cause more rapid wear and tare especially when it gets smeared onto the harness. So trying to be clean and aware of the mess you’re making can save your life.
